US-CF Materials and Distribution Material Handler

Responsibilities: Accountable for development and execution of various activities related to materials and inventory control for materials supplied through various production areas. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, quality inspection of materials for order fulfilment; unboxing material; movement of materials; ensuring physical inventory counts against order requirements and maintaining designated inventory records using various material tracking systems; and preparing materials for designated areas of operations. Applies developed knowledge of the job skills, demonstrates the use of company policies and procedures under ISO compliances to complete a wide variety of assignments/tasks. Thorough understanding of the general/technical aspects of the job. Works on assignments that are moderately complex in nature and require ordinary problem resolution and independent judgment. Works under Lead supervision and receives instructions on routine work with general instructions given for new assignments. Typically 1 year of experience in materials and/or distribution. Must be able to work overtime including weekends and holidays as mandated. Qualified applicants are able to stand 95% of the working hours on cement floors while working off pallets at floor level while using a mobile work station and laptop. Ability to independently lift 40lbs. Communication skills are a must have and must have a strong sense of commitment to customer satisfaction (internal and external customers).
