Job Description:

Technical Support Specialist 

Testing/troubleshooting and repair of android devices.  

Ideal candidate - CCNA or CWNA or can have direct Android Device Troubleshooting experience.

  • Provide guidance to their peers all under little guidance
  • Ability to meet SLA’s for all interactions, including but not limited to tickets, calls, IMs, and emails
  • Technical ability to comprehend and work with both customer and internal engineers
  • Troubleshoot wired networks including port configurations
  • Setting up and troubleshooting wireless networks
  • Ability to quickly assess an escalated impacting issue involving multiple products and solutions, and provide a resolution or recommendation for a resolution based off the Level 1 troubleshooting of others.

Job Requirements: 


  • H.S. Diploma or equivalent experience
  • Self-motivated, ability to work in stressful situations
  • Multi-task, ability to communicate effectively
  • Provide guidance to peers
  • Must have knowledge and experience setting up and troubleshooting wireless networks.
  • Must have knowledge and experience with mobile clients including flashing OS and updating remotely.
  • Android experience
  • Knowledge and experience with networks, wireless and mobile clients
  • Project Management and Coding/Development are a plus.
