GDH Consulting is looking for an Administrative Assistant to work onsite in San Jose, CA.

Job Details
  • Greet visitors and callers, route and resolve information requests
  • Type correspondence, compile data for expense and statistical reports. Schedule travel, appointments and meetings
  • Coordinate space and office organization; maintaining paper and electronic files.
  • 5 years of experience are required. 
Minimum Requirements
  • Time management 
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and shift priorities in real time with a good sense of judgment 
  • Highly organized 
  • Versed in our technology & tools 
  • Effective communicator 
  • Team Player with a positive Can do attitude 
  • Ability to keep confidential information confidential 
  • Quick study on learning

  • Arrange International and Domestic Travel

  • E-mail triage 
  • Order catering for various meetings
