GDH Consulting is looking for an IC Developer/Coach to work in Richardson, TX.

Job Details

This is not a cookie cutter developer role. We are seeking confident candidates that have 7-10 years of experience working on software development projects. At least 3 of those years must be in a team lead or mentoring role. Candidate will be expected to work on intellectual capital acquisition projects involving multiple support engineers across a number of different organizations. Candidate will be required to work with support engineers in refining and capturing their IC in different tools some requiring the use of Python. Coordination among multiple Coaches and working with management team will be required. 

Requirements
  • Candidate must have excellent communication and interpersonal soft skills 
  • Solid understanding of computer science fundamentals, software engineering, 
  • Strong knowledge of programming and scripting languages, Python, and Java Scripts 
  • Understanding of networking programmability a plus 
  • Understanding of Linux a plus 
  • Strong ability to plan activities and complete them on time 
  • Creative problem solving skills and excellent troubleshooting/debugging skills 
  • Strong written and verbal communication 
  • Excellent teamwork and people skills 
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work towards long-term goals 
Education
  • Bachelors degree (SW I), Masters degree (SW II) in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or related majors such as Math, Physics
