Customer desires to move email security services from the existing Google Apps implementation to Cisco Email Security Appliances (ESA). Seller will work with Customer IT staff to deploy two ESA C690 servers and two virtual ESA servers across two data centers. Seller will perform the following tasks:
• Lead a design discussion around the ESA deployment scenarios within the existing network environment to determine the optimal solution based upon business and technical requirements of Customer
• Configure network infrastructure to support the ESA deployment per the design requirements
• Configure Physical Ethernet or Virtual Switch-port for Cisco Email Security Appliance network connectivity
• Guidance on configuration of existing firewall for required application connectivity between the ESA, the Internet, and the internal mail environment
• General configuration of three Cisco Email Security Appliance (Physical or Virtual)
• Set the hostname, DNS settings, date and time
• Configure Ethernet and Listener settings
• Configure default and SMTP routes
• Design and configure Host Access Table (HAT) polices
• Configure and tune SenderBase Reputation filtering
• Design and configure Incoming/Outgoing Mail Policies relevant to Customer's security requirements
• Configure Anti-Spam, Anti-Virus, Virus Outbreak Filters, and Content Filter policies
• Configure Content Filters based upon business and technical requirements
• Configure Encryption requirements
