Odessa, TX area. We are seeking Outside Sales Representatives to join the
growing team / location. These full time, career opportunities are growth

an Outside Sales Representative, you will promote
and sell the organization’s products and services within an assigned geographic
area to meet or exceed sales targets. Pursues
sales leads; visits existing and new customers; assesses customer needs and
suggests appropriate products and services; responds to customer inquiries;
negotiates prices and delivery times within limits of authority. Identifies,
researches, and contacts prospective customers and builds positive
relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business. Contributes
to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
The ideal candidate possesses a bachelor’s Degree in
Business, Marketing, or Engineering, as well as 3-5 years’ relevant sales experience, preferably
in the oilfield industry. Technically, a
successful Sales professional can plan and execute strategies and initiatives, solve problems, has a
strong product knowledge with innovative ideas.
Negotiation skills, as well as organization
and time management skills will help you to succeed, as well as strong computer
skills, including Microsoft Office suite.
