As a Human Resources Manager, you will direct human resource activities for a customer group. Interprets long- and medium-term human resource strategies into actionable plans and programs at the facility level.  The ideal candidate has a minimum of 6 years of Human  Resource management experience, specifically in an oil & gas environment, preferably in downhole oilwell services.

In this role, you will contributes to human resource program direction as a member of the facility’s leadership team, managing the human resource budget for the facilities of responsibility.  Provides employee development expertise; implements learning and development programs at the local level, and coaches managers and leaders on human resource and professional development issues.  Manages complex employee relations issues and directs the performance management process with the goal of providing an equitable process and result. 


  • Four year college or university degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or related field.
  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology or related field preferred.
  • Professional Human Resources (PHR) or similar certification.
  • Six or more years of relevant management experience.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including the ability to present, influence, and collaborate at the leadership level.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and mediation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and teambuilding skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite.
  • Thorough knowledge of human resource information system capabilities.
