As a Field Service Technician, you will perform support ESP customer support activities for equipment and systems products such as wiring, cabling, and other complex equipment.  Using company guidelines, your experience will equip you to perform on-site preventative maintenance, routine repair, and calibration after installations.  Performs on-site installations, check-out, and emergency repairs.  Troubleshoot communications packages, all VSD types, switchboard, TDR, and Echo Meter.  These positions require a minimum of 2 years’ experience.

Sr. level positions are for those that possess at least 5 years’ experience.  Your experience serving as a customer contact on technical and service related problems, and ability to instruct customers in proper use and operation of equipment will be beneficial in this role.  To be considered for the senior positions, you must possess an advanced understanding of mechanical and electrical concepts for ESP installations, as well as an advanced understanding of startup, operation, and troubleshooting of variable speed drives or switchboards.  The ability to train less experienced Field Service Technician is preferred.
