Contact Center Support Engineer w/Genesys

Prior experience with Genesys platform with any of these components:
o   Framework
o   Genesys Voice Platform (GVP)
o   SIP Server
o   ORS and/or URS
o   Workforce Management (WFM)
o   Genesys Interactive Recording (GIR)
o   eServices
o   Outbound Dialer

-Strong analytical / troubleshooting skills
-Good interpersonal and communication skills and customer service orientation
-This role will probably have more of a production support orientation
