Job Description:

Online Registration customer care and processing specialists are responsible for handling calls from new and existing customers regarding the roll-out of a new web-based application. Using their knowledge of the system, computer technical skills and great customer service skills, these professionals will assist in processing electronic applications and respond to customer questions and issues in multiple format types to include face-to-face, telephone, and email.  

A high school diploma and basic computer skills are required.  Customer service experience is preferred.
