Job Description:
This is an account-level position that requires direct interaction with client executive sponsors and senior account leaders. Is responsible for leading a project consisting of Data associates, vendors, and client personnel. Candidate must be experienced leading project teams through all phases of the standard project life cycle—Feasibility, Initiation, Planning, Execution, and Shutdown. This individual must have experience and training requisite of a formal, documented Project Management environment (PMI, PRINCE II, etc.) and methodology. The candidate must have proven experience successfully delivering four projects within the size of $500,000 to $1,500,000. . Practitioner of PMI PMBOK-based and direct project teams in execution and compliance with prescribed methodology processes, including: Project charter development, Project initiation and facilitation, Project plan development, Risk and issues management, Quality planning, Communications planning, WBS decomposition, Project schedule development, Change management, Configuration management, Status reporting, Post-project reporting, Project transition planning and Project shutdown.

Drives all aspects of project management activity, including collaborating and coordinating across the organization and ensuring the following: 
  • Lead project team through structured task estimation process • Monitor and control projects, ensuring efficient utilization of project resources • Document meeting and coordinate status reports and approvals on deliverables • Sponsor and Executive Management status reports, minutes, etc. • Lead preparation and execution of overall project plan • Maintain open communications among project participants and affected parties • Maintain strong focus on customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional project performance and predictable, repeatable project results • Perform analysis that reflect actual versus planned cost at the project level • Assess impact of labor and cost variances • Changes that affect scope, schedule and resources are identified, managed and controlled with an integrated and cohesive plan. • Scope is defined, approved, managed, controlled; ensuring completed deliverables are accepted by the customer. • Schedule is developed and managed to on-time delivery. o Proficient in creating and managing schedules with MSProject • Costs are estimated and managed to deliver project within customer approved budget. o Create and maintain baseline cost estimate at the project level • Resources are assigned and managed effectively and efficiently. • Risks and issues are proactively identified and managed. • High quality is planned and delivered on the project, meeting all agreed upon requirements and ensuring high customer satisfaction through the management of the overall customer experience. • Communications are planned and conducted during the project to ensure stakeholders are involved, expectations are accurately set, managed, and key stakeholders receive adequate communications throughout the project lifecycle. • Independently determines approach to project. • Anticipates and prevents potential problems. • Independently develops solutions that are thorough, practical, and consistent with functional or customer objectives. • Knowledgeable and used WBS • Regularly interacts with colleagues or customers generally up to senior level leadership • Work with informal work teams, often consisting of NTT Data/client-blended teams in order to expedite and status task information • Manage standards, procedures, and practices for recordkeeping of contractual agreements • Monitor improvement efforts in quality and productivity • Incorporate risk mitigation strategy and contingency plan

Job Requirements:
8-10 YEARS EXPERIENCE PROJECT / PROGRAM IT MANAGEMENT, Proficient in creating and managing schedules with MSProject ,This individual must have experience and training requisite of a formal, documented Project Management environment (PMI, PRINCE II, etc.) and methodology.
