GDH Consulting is currently looking for a Business Operations Manager for a contract to hire position located in Pentagon City, VA working with the Transportation Security Administration (TSA). If you are interested in the position you can send your resume to ebenjamin@gdhconsulting.com.

job requirements

• Working with Project Managers, Pricing, Procurement, Contracts and customer POCs to prepare proposals                                                                                           
• Reviewing Request for Task Order Proposal (RTOPs) in support of identifying the solution team and driving the solution
• Formatting, contributing and reviewing the Clarification Requests (CRs) derived from RTOPs and Statement Of Works (SOW)
• Managing the creation and coordination of proposal artifacts and cost proposals
• Tracking and managing action items, deadlines, appointments, CRs and correspondence associated with the
• proposal process, from request to acceptance
• Conducting and managing kick-off and follow-up meetings as required for RTOP efforts
• Reviewing Task Orders for accuracy, upon award
• Managing proposals status in Task Order Tracking System (TOTS) database
• Walking through pricing structure with Pricing Analyst to ensure appropriate fees and rates have been applied for FFP or T&M proposals
• Using SharePoint to store, update, manage and shared proposal documents
• Working with Contracting Officers to ensure that we have met and/or honored our contractual agreements
