Direct-hire opportunity for experienced Oracle Consultants for a growing IT-enabled business solutions consulting firm specializing in Global 2000 companies.  Positions will provide Oracle consulting services to the World's leading corporations.

Travel to 80% - previous Oracle consulting experience required with experience within Oracle Manufacturing or Oracle Automotive industries preferred.

* Ability to work with senior client leadership providing value solutions for operations; providing strategic directions and industry trends

* Proven success analying client needs and providing value solutions and guidance on business plan and package evaluation

* Proficient thought leadership and experience in business process reengineering and innovation

* Able to define business processes across different functions of an organization and provide implementation solution using Oracle Apps & Technology stack.  Ability to quantify business metrics and outcome by offering a change or implementation of a business process

* The right candidate will thrive in a team environment, sharing ideas and working collaboratively

* Strong presentation, reporting and written/verbal communication skills; able to implement and manage workshops with client executives

* MBA with 8-10 years of experience in handling globally distributed delivery teams.
